Bromley Road F.C was formed on 16th of November 2008 by myself and a group of lads from the Downham, Bellingham and Bromley area.
Our Home kit is Yellow and black and our away kit is Sky blue, we play our home games at Norman park in Bromley and train over Beckenham place park in the summer months and Grove Park Knights academy in the winter months.
We were only starting a 5’a’side team at first but word soon got around about a new exciting team staring up and before we knew it we had 30+ people a week showing up for training.
I then decided to enter us into the Metropolitan Sunday football league as an 11’a’side team, a league which is 1 of the top 10 in London and the south east.
Our first season in the Met went very well and after spending most of the season in the top 3 we finished a respectable 6th out of 12 teams, which I have been told is excellent for out 1st season.

Next season we aim to strengthen with around 5 quality players and push to win the league and promotion to the higher tiers of the Met.
